NLP Rapport

There are 2 KEY secrets to People Mastery – 1) Rapport & 2) Influence.

You can’t influence a person without rapport and one of the secrets to building rapport with anyone is to speak their lingo. And to speak their lingo, you would need to understand how they represent information inside their head. Eg.  If a person prefers to represent information in terms of pictures, you will use visual-related words or visually descriptive words. If a person prefers to represent information in terms of sound, you will use auditory-related words or auditory descriptive words.
